Daniel Lycett’s career began in 1988 working for Pete Waterman at PWL (then the most successful independent record company in the UK) with artists including Rick Astley & Kylie Minogue. However, it was in 1994 that he came to prominence becoming the youngest record company MD in British History at Edel Records (where he presided over artists such as Prince’s New Power Generation, The Goo Goo Dolls, Duran Duran and Carl Cox). With over 10 years experience at MD-level Daniel is perfectly placed to handle any complex negotiations with clients and his pragmatic approach ensures both parties always win.

Charlie owns and runs the largest national radio promotions company in the UK representing artists such as George Michael, David Bowie, The Fray, Nickelback and Scarlett Johansson. His career began representing the likes of Mariah Carey, The Rolling Stones and The Spice Girls. In 2007 he began work with Bebo (Then the largest social network in the UK), becoming an advisor to them for entertainment content and media strategy.
