THE CHALLENGE:

40 VIP press flying in from all over the globe; individual transfers between airports, train stations, Great Westminster Hall, and The Ritz; and hotel concierge and restaurant management, all to be arranged with a 48-hour turnaround.

OUR SOLUTION:

Leveraging our trusted little black book of contacts, QX secured and sourced enough vehicles to be on hand throughout the weekend for all VIP press attendees; provided onsite support at The Ritz in the form of a branded concierge desk – meaning that all guests had a high-touch point of contact for any and all requests and queries; and secured last-minute dinner reservations for individuals and groups at some of the hottest restaurants in town.
