Nordic food temple with three stars in the Michelin Guide for the second year in a row. At Maaemo, raw produce is of the highest importance. By using the finest producers, who approach their product with love and understanding, this experimental fine dining restaurant hopes to help others rediscover the pride in using local produce. The drinks menus have been carefully selected to add an extra dimension to each of the courses on the seasonal set menu.
6pm on Wednesday – Thursday and from 7pm on Friday – Saturday. Lunch on Fridays and Saturdays from 12.00. Our latest seating for dinner on Tuesday – Thursday is 7:30pm, and 8:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The latest seating for lunch is 12:45pm.
