Most London residents deal with the age-old problem of limited living space in the city, but not everyone can or wants to take the leap, and move out of the capital. Avoiding the public gaze without hiding away in a gated community – it's a fine balance. But Central Avenue has tackled these challenges for UHNW buyers and is just the ticket for 'under-the-radar' city living, in a semi-rural idyll.
