Michel Roth, Chef of the Bayview Restaurant was recognized as this year's Top Chef in Western Switzerland. With his talent, rigorous attention to detial and great cuisine, the restaurant was awarded one more point this year, now having 18 Gault & Millau points. On the German side of Switzerland, brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea from Da Vittorio in St Moritz were promoted as Chefs of The Year in their region, adding a point to their restaurant.
This year's Chef Of The Year was awarded to Nenad Mlinarevic of Restaurant focus in Vitznau, which now counts 18 Gault & Millau points.
Last but not least, the Restaurant La Table d'Edgard has also been awarded an 18th point by this year's Gault & Millau edition.
