Champagne and French cuisine are a match made in heaven, and on the 22nd of March two icons of French gastronomy, Perrier-Jouët and the prestigious London venue, Club Gascon will host a fabulous evening of unforgettable food and champagne pairings, showcasing the very best in fine cuisine. 

Guests will indulge in four prestige champagnes that have been expertly selected by Perrier-Jouët's wine-maker Eric Trichard to combine perfectly with Michelin-Star Chef Pascal Aussignac's menu of mouth-watering dishes from the South West of France. Pascal is no stranger to Perrier- Jouët as he created his 2014 signature dish 'Le Foie Gras Belle Epoque' inspired by its champagne namesake. The bespoke menu that he has created is designed to compliment the chosen wines, bringing to the fore his unique spin on the flavours of the pine-scented countryside and salt-washed shores of Gascony in South West France.

Perrier- Jouët is famous for its fine, floral and elegant flavour. Wine producer, Eric Trichard has been with Perrier-Jouët for over 15 years, working closely with Cellar Master, Hervé Deschamps, to create exceptional quality champagnes. During the evening, guests will be welcomed to a Perrier- Jouët champagne & canapé reception before being seated to enjoy four courses served alongside the four wines which will be presented by Eric Trichard.
