Quintessentially Members visiting the Rialto Hotel will receive preferential rates, breakfast included in room rate, free access to the sauna, steam bath and gym and complimentary WiFi. A welcome drink in the hotel bar will also be offered alongside a 50% discount for car parking and a 10% discount off the a la carte menu in the hotel's restaurant.

Unusual requests – A Member asked us to reserve a table in the restaurant Le Jules Verne on Eiffel tower and to have a special children's menu. Unfortunately the restaurant does not have a children's menu but they have promised to organise plain food without any spices for his kids.
General request – A Member has ordered a pick-up transfer from the airport in Warsaw, our MD then welcomed him at the airport and provided his business card with information to contact him in any case.
Restaurant – A Member has contacted our Q office, requesting recommendations and the booking of a restaurant in Warsaw. We gave him a selection of places we could get reservations at, he selected his favourite and we booked the best table in the restaurant for him.
Hotel – A Member requested the booking of a certain hotel in Madrid, and with help from the Q Spain office we booked a room for three nights.
Experiences – A non-Member requested Q Poland to book a table in one of the famous restaurants by Alain Ducasse. He told us that if we make the reservation, he will become our newest Q Member! With the help of the Q France office we signed a new Dedicated Member.
A premiere in one of the most prestigious theatres in the city stated 'no tickets, performance only for invitation' A Member called to say she needed two tickets for that day's premiere. After phoning a few places, two hours later an invitation for our Member was ready to collect at the theatre's box office, free of charge and with compliments from the theatre's General Manager.
